Together - Couples App
By downloading, installing, or using the Together mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Together.
Together is a relationship enhancement app providing:
You may create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or phone number authentication.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the service, or provide false information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
Refund requests are handled through Apple. Contact Apple Support or email us at info@dineopen.com for assistance.
User content includes mood entries, messages, widget drawings, and other content you create in the app.
You may not post content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, spam, or that violates others' privacy or rights.
AI insights are NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. For serious relationship issues or mental health concerns, please seek professional help.
Together owns all rights to the App design, code, logo, branding, features, and functionality.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works, sell, or redistribute the App.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes to their terms, or their data practices.
Together is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific results, or relationship improvement.
Together is NOT therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or professional relationship counseling. Seek professional help for serious issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, relationship problems, or emotional distress.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at info@dineopen.com and allow 30 days for resolution.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
To opt out of arbitration, email us within 30 days of first use.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through in-app notifications and by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
Continued use of Together after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide 30 days notice.
