Apple Sign-In is the most private option. You can hide your real email, and Apple doesn't track your app usage.

Phone authentication is handled securely by Firebase. We store your phone number to identify your account but never share it with third parties.

Together stores some data locally on your device to provide a faster, offline-capable experience:

All cached data is stored securely on your device only. Clearing the app's cache or logging out removes this local data.
